Yep, we all know that Jason quite likes the sound of his own voice. Damm, he’s a new yorker, journalist and passionate tech so really what do you expect.
It’s not that I agree with him on every point he makes, far from it. The reason I and many thousands of others are part of his mailing list is down to one fact alone – he speaks his mind. Well actually so do most of the tech crowd out in that there silicon valley – Winer, Arrington …..
Recently, Jason has been fighting for our rights against Facebook and specifically Zuckerberg. Yep, like everyone else I committed facebook suicide because what would life be without it. Irrespective of whether its free, Zuckerberg is mocking every last one of us – he has a great responsibility, privilege which he has abused through sheer design rather than ignorance.
Ok, so he is a young kid but he knows exactly what he is doing. So why to hell are people now after Jason, the guy who exposed him? Do the older generation just see it as ‘bullying’ – we’ll the punishment should fit the crime and as far as I see it, there is no punishment for facebook yet.
This is probably deeper than facebook and stems back to the previous battles between Jason and co. Irrespective of this, we should not loose site of one thing – Zuckerberg is dishonest.
